Being the Head Road Captain for the El Cajon H.O.G. Chapter is incredibly rewarding! Building and leading rides is a great opportunity to connect with fellow riders while ensuring everyone enjoys safe, memorable experiences on the road. Designing routes that offer both scenic views and a bit of challenge is a key part of the fun, especially when you can tailor them to the group’s interests and skill levels.
There’s a unique satisfaction that comes with orchestrating a ride that flows seamlessly—where everyone can enjoy the journey together. Plus, seeing the chapter members come back with smiles, stories, and memories makes all the planning worth it.
